First of all, I saw the news that the company 'Samsung' shows improving its sales by improving its customer service. Second, the customer service is very important factor in the marketing. Because, the customer service evaluations are conducted every year. For this reason, I think improving its customer service is the best way for a company to improve its sales.

For example, about two years ago, I bought a smart phone. But, I accidently dropped it in the water just two days after I bought it. Fortunately, the store I bought it from had great customer service. A representative fixed the phone free, which really impressed me. So, when I recently bought a new smart phone, I bought a phone from the same store.
For this reason, I think improving its customer service is the best way for a company to improve its sales.
